As a creative person, I felt the need, when I arrived in Switzerland, to create new recipes with local products. 

When I was only a child I was already an Ovomaltine enthousiast. It was clear in my head that recipes with this typical product would please amateurs. As I began preparing traditional deserts with Ovomaltine powder, I quickly understood my will to write a cooking book.


I discovered the wide range of products and I played along making original recipes  which happened to be delicious. More than a year of my life was dedicated to improve those creations.


Seeing how much people around me enjoyed what I created I decided to take action. My willingness to share and my determination made me achieve this gourmet book.
